Having grown up surrounded by music and bands, it's no surprise that UK based pop artist Ben Goddard has pursued a career in music. 2013 saw Goddard playing festivals with the likes of Bastille, Sam Smith, Clean Bandit and London Grammar, headlining a festival in his hometown to over 1,000 people, before embarking on a 20-date UK tour of universities for Coffee House Sessions which was launched by Radio 1's Huw Stephens along with Coalition Talent. The singer then moved his efforts into the studio to concentrate on recording his debut EP Rondel which will be released in October 2014. Along with the successes already under his belt, Goddard has been writing music for BBC TV shows which will air later this year.

Talking about his passion, Goddard said: "I love creating things. I guess that’s what I do. I write songs and then perform them. When I see the crowd smiling, I know I’ve made something pretty special - Either that or they’re laughing because I’m flying low. Always check."
