COVID SAFETY AT THE JOINERS

Hello loyal gig goers, we are aware of the ongoing situation, and we will continue to bring you live music in the safest yet still FUN way possible, of course we have been doing this for many months with our ongoing seated shows with measures in place, we ask that you be kind and respect the decisions of those around you regardless of their personal choice.

A couple of points to let you know how we are going to be running shows slightly differently with safeguards in place :

We DO NOT proof of vaccination for entry

SYMPTOMS

If you are showing ANY Covid symptoms or feel unwell or believe you may have been exposed to infection, please DO NOT come to our venue.

If you miss an event for this reason and you already have a ticket, we are happy to offer you electronic credit to another show in the future.

MASKS

Most of our venue staff and crew are vaccinated but will continue to wear masks for their own safety and yours, they are also tested every week, performers will continue to do the same.

Face coverings are no longer required by law, but the government expects and recommends that people should continue to wear them in crowded and enclosed settings, to protect themselves and others. Where worn correctly, this can reduce the risk of transmission.

AIRFLOW

The Joiners has air vents above the stage, 2 internal / external air conditioners which cycle continuously through the day and night, alongside portable fans to direct airflow.

We will be opening the fire exits in between performers and our front door will remain open the entire time you are in the building.

CLEANING

We have implemented extra cleaning measures to maintain a safe environment. All high touch surfaces will be regularly cleaned. Toilets will be by staff. Hand sanitizers stations are available throughout the venue at the bar and toilets please make use of these throughout your stay.

We cannot wait to see you all it has been a very long 18 months for us all in the music industry and The Joiners family, we are truly grateful for your support during this time in helping this working-class independent creative music community survive via buying merch, donating, attending a seated show or simply spreading the good word of live music.

Let us get back to partaking in something we all value dearly in the safest yet fun way possible.
